Visiting service team from the US

The SENNEBOGEN branch in the USA is also home to a training center and its own customer service department, which supports dealers and customers there.

Part of the US team traveled to Straubing this week with Service Manager Paul Quistorff (pictured right) to expand their basic knowledge of the Green Line machines with their Bavarian colleagues. Trainer Patrick Nickles had prepared a packed agenda ranging from the E-Series material handlers to the balancers and the large 895 E in order to train the colleagues as comprehensively as possible on the large SENNEBOGEN product range.

For most of the participants, this was also their first visit to the SENNEBOGEN headquarters, which is why the focus of the two-week trip to Bavaria was on getting to know the contact persons and locations.
