The SENNEBOGEN Academy
The SENNEBOGEN Academy serves as a target group-oriented knowledge transfer center for customers, machine operators and sales partners, as a continuing education center for our employees and - in addition - offers event locations for conferences and events of external companies and organizers.
Our offer is aimed at:

- Employees of the SENNEBOGEN Group
- Companies, institutions, organizers, artists and event agencies
The SENNEBOGEN company is absolutely convinced that target group oriented knowledge transfer is a key investment in the future of the entire organisation, both in sales partners and in its own employees.
With the SENNEBOGEN Academy, we are consistently developing the elements on which the Group's success is based: Training and know-how of employees and sales partners.
Generously laid out training facilities ensure ideal conditions for this and allow a parallel training of up to 100 persons. The aim of the academy is a professional and future-oriented development of the SENNEBOGEN philosophy and an even more intensive cooperation with our sales and service partners.

The Academy celebrated its opening
The idea for the construction of the academy was born as early as 1994 through initial planning drafts by our company founder Erich Sennebogen sen. It was ceremonially opened in 2014.

The SENNEBOGEN Academy covers a total area of almost 25,000 m², including the outdoor demonstration facilities and the training halls.

The nearby demonstration area also offers sufficient space for our large machines - so we can optimally combine theory and practice in our training courses.

From technical trainings and operator licenses to internal employee trainings and concerts: over 200 events and training courses take place annually at the SENNEBOGEN Academy.

Under the roof of the pyramid, there are 9 historical and still fully functional SENNEBOGEN machines that illustrate the development of construction machinery.
MWh per year is produced by our photovoltaic system - more than we consume
When selecting the building materials and with consideration of the energy supply, sustainability was a key focus: through our photovoltaic system we produce 80 MWh of electricity per year, which is more than we consume! The entire system is heated by solar power and an environmentally friendly heat pump.
